President Surber called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

SECRETARY’S REPORT – Emily S. Hopta, Secretary
Secretary Hopta presented the minutes from the August Board of Directors meeting. Linda Lee Albert motioned to accept as presented. Barbara Knight Warren seconded. Motion carried.
TREASURER’S REPORT – Jane Powell, Treasurer
Treasurer Powell circulated packets with information on WVSL financial roles and responsibilities. She also reported on balances for the general fund and other WVSL individual accounts.
PRESIDENT’S REPORT – Beth Ann Surber, President
President Surber reported the following:
Webmaster Barbara Knight Warren has developed a Members Only section of the WVSL website. After discussion, it was decided by the board to utilize the Members Only section, and include at a minimum the condensed Roster and monthly financial reports.
