Your membership and involvement makes it possible for our community and individuals state wide to enjoy the first class talents of the West Virginia Symphony Orchestra. Some would say the WVSL, among the many worthy non-profit organizations, have an even greater challenge when it comes to raising funds. For that, I sincerely appreciate League members for their pledge to support the WVSO and continue the mission to enrich the lives of all ages throughout WV with fine music. As a League member you will have the opportunity to participate in exciting fundraising events throughout the year and attend our general membership meetings held in September, January, and May. In addition to forming wonderful friendships, I know you will find serving on the various committees rewarding. Please consider the enjoyment of chairing an event or serving on more than one committee. Through your generous dedication and talents, our mission and the legacy which began in 1942 as the Women’s Committee of the Charleston Symphony Orchestra continues. Dear members of the West Virginia Symphony League,
